Veiled Expression
Wonderful
to feel the amazing way my Beloved Teacher made me to feel homely and cosy with
the comfort of His everlasting love and care with the warmth of soothingness,
making me to live with Him in homely atmosphere and when I am penning down
these very sentences, my heart is sucking His Feed of Sustenance with the Peace
and Tranquillity and the heart is going to sleep while having the feed, like a child; thus while having it’s feed from the mother and going to sleep and
having the feed while sleeping; see this wonder of my Beloved One’s innumerable
roles of conduction; they are all stunningly as need-based and now as moving,
revealing, as well as refreshing state; this very being of mine is unleashing a
state by way of emerging ‘oozing state of heart with the milky substance of the
kind of Divinity’ – it is the filling of Divinity and the purpose of oozing is
untold to me, yet; and the unknown to me as well, but the source is certain and
that is from the very Smaran of Fragrance of my Beloved.
PRACTICE -
GUIDELINES
1.
The system of practice is based upon Thought, Thought Power, Thought
Energy, Thought Potency and Thought Process.
2.
With the Eternal Presence of The Lord & by His Command and under His
Direction, the Training is imparted. With the utilization of this Thought Power and Pranahuti – Pranasya Pranaha,
- needed changes will be effected in the
Abhyasi under this system of practice.
3. With due regard to the cleanliness of body
and spirit, do your Meditation by offering your Prayer with Love &
Devotion, experiencing the ‘affirmation’.
4.
It is highly beneficial doing the Meditation before sunrise and after
sunset, morning & evening; at a fixed time, at the same place which is
light & airy, sitting in an upright posture – Sukhasana – ( in an easy
& comfortable posture ) for about 30 to 45 minutes.
5. Maintain fair and clear view of the Goal of
life and purpose of life, which should be ‘Complete oneness with The God’ – The
Ultimate.
6. Before you start your work for the day,
snatch couple of minutes to offer the Prayer with love and devotion to the
Lord; thereafter with the feeling that the Lord Himself is doing the work , not
you; forgetting everything, involve in your work with complete devotion and
dedication with acumen. ‘ Yogam Karmasu Koushalam.’
7. Have awareness of the Divine (Him) in you
with just one simple thought that He is there during all states; i.e. wakeful state, working state, siesta and
sleep state and conclude it (awareness of Him)while aligning that awareness of
Him with the ‘Bed Time Prayer’ to Him and ‘become one with Him’ while acquiring sleep, thereby converting the
sleep state as – Living with Him, In Him, and Of Him.
8.
Adopt Bed Time Prayer process for siesta also to remain In Him, With Him and Of
Him.
9.
Woman and Housewife is free to do her individual practice at her convenient
time of the day and of the latter time of the day, any time of the day.
10. It is essential for the beginners of the
Method of Practice of Meditation to have three (3) Individual Sessions of
Meditation with the Teacher. This Individual Sessions create needed and proper
state in the human system of the beginner and helps him in his personal
practice and also further helps him to have a proper effect when this
individual participates in the Group Meditation Session.
