Meditation   &  Guidelines

The Lord Shri Ram Chandra (Babuji Maharaj) Says : “ I started Meditation, not on Divine Light as is prescribed in Shri Ram Chandra Mission, but on my Master’s Form, seeing Him in my Heart. This was quite spontaneous and automatic, and I went on with it.” – Quote from ‘ Autobiography of Ram Chandra, Volume – I ’

My Acharya Deva Mahatma, Samartha Sadguru, Parama Pujya Shri Raghavendra Rao Saheb said : “ ‘I’ is nothing but ‘He’ alone; ‘He’ is nothing but ‘The Ultimate’; ‘The Ultimate’ is nothing but ‘Ram Chandra’ in human form; ‘Ram Chandra’ says : ‘Mai Insaan Hoon’ – ‘I am Human’.”

‘ I ’ means ‘ one’s – ness ’ i.e. body, I, self & existence. ‘ He ’ means the cause & effect for ‘ I ’ and the result is ‘ I ’ and it is the basis & base of ‘ I ’; and ‘ I ’ can be termed as an extension of ‘ He ’ and may be said as ‘ He Alone ’ i.e. ‘ I ’ is nothing but ‘ ‘ He Alone.’

The need & necessity of The Brahman – The Absolute – The Ultimate is for the Emergence of Creation and The Goal, Aim & Purpose of Creation is to bring out or create ‘ The Pristine Pure Pearl – The Human ’ who could spell the existence of The Absolute – The Brahman’s Existence; such a one to be emerged by the State & Stage of ‘ He ’ which State & Stage could be termed & said as ‘Intermediary State & Stage’ and named as ‘ He ’; between Human, He & The Absolute, The ‘ He ’ is nothing but The Brahman, The Absolute, The Ultimate.

GOAL OF HUMAN LIFE: ‘Layavastha In Brahman’ - To Be One With ‘The Ultimate’. This is the ‘ In Form ’ Worship of ‘ The Ultimate.’

PRACTICE OF MEDITATION :

Begin your Meditation with heartfelt love and devotion – with Prayer & Affirmations. Acquire, feel & experience the ‘State of Prayer’ and each & every Affirmation. Continue the Meditation.

Affirmations:

Affirmation – means Reiterating to yourself – ‘ The Eternal Truth.’ The Existence of Brahman & you is ‘The Eternal Truth.’ ‘You’ means – ‘Human’ i.e. ‘ Mrutyorma Amrutam Gamaya ’.

• The Lord is Present.

• By The Command of The Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj, we are all Meditating.

• Now by the kind Grace, Love & Will of The Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj, my Acharya Deva Mahatma, Samarth Sadguru, Paramapujya Shri Raghavendra Rao Saheb is emerged and felt; my humble salutations and prayers to Thee; Benign is His presence. His will is formed and the process of making me and the place to exist as proper and befittingly so as to sit before Him and to meditate is initiated.{ In this waiting period, engage your mind with the Smaran of ‘Raghavendra’ – ‘Raghavendra’ and continue for a while, till sufficient force & strength is developed in the Smaran.} And also, by way & means – the process of cleansing, purging & purification is initiated; and “ all sorts of grossness, impressions, wasteful thoughts, complexities, impurities, dirt & diseases, darkness and solidities, i.e. Mala, Vikshepa, Aavarana ” are going away from my constitution in the form of smoke and vapour through my back. { Application of seeker’s will to be made and he has to exert his will to remove the Mala, Vikshepa, Aavarana by taking out from the end portions of his body & throw-away from him.} With this supposition and experiencing & realizing the State as - I am getting cleansed and cleaned. The place is also getting cleansed and cleaned.This initiated process of making me & the place to exist as proper & befittingly, so as to sit before Him and to meditate, is completed; the state is emerged and continued.

• It is The Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj who is conducting this Meditation session in Form and Real. I am sitting before Him and I begin the Meditation.

• By that very commandment of the Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj, we are all being seated in the Ocean of His Grace & Meditating and the Grace is flowing in the form of ‘ Silent Currents ’ through us.

• It is The Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj who is sitting in the heart, the heart means where I feel lub & dub; wherein The Divine Light presents; The Lord is Meditating Himself upon Himself, permeating entire self & pervading entire existence. With the prayer to the Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj, I continue my Meditation this way.

Prayer:

Oh! Lord,

Thou Art The Only The Existence,

Thou Art The Only The, The Truth,

That Truth of That Existence

Emerge in This Self.

The Comprehension : To say now, it is the Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj only is Meditating, Himself upon Himself.

Thus Speaks :

• Just turn to the heart – to Him, gently; and engage the mind with Smaran of ‘ Ram Chandra ’ ‘ Raghavendra ’. While viewing the Lord sitting in the heart, meditating Himself upon Himself – continuously, get absorbed in Him, the objective of Meditation - is The Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj.

‘ Turning ’ is the process. Process means & indicates rise & fall. That Rise & fall has the force & strength. To sail through, Smaran alone can help. It smoothens the sail, tide over the tides of rise & fall. The sailing with the help of Smaran takes to ‘The Destination’. That is the beginning of ‘ Viewing.’ ‘ Turning ’ is a continuous process till the last breath of life; and the last breath to be consumed in the Smaran of Him.

By just turning to Him gently, engaging the mind with the Smaran and viewing Him with the help of The Divine Light; which begins with the perception and the perception communicates to you with the Vibrations & Momentum of Energy Upward. ‘Peep Through Deep’ at the ‘point specific’, ‘Dive Deep in the point specific’; ‘Dive Deep In Him at the point specific of heart’; heart means lub-dub and you Get Absorbed In Him. This is ‘The Layavastha In Brahman’ – ‘ To Be One With The Ultimate.’

When ‘ I ’ is there, ‘ He ’ is not there; ‘ When ‘ He ’ is there, ‘ I ’ is not there. When you close your eyes, you are in ‘ Thought-Form ’ only; and the Thought Form is ‘ One’s – ness,’ i.e., the essence of ‘ body, I, self and existence ’ – get expressed or exhibited in the form of individual mind.

During the Meditation, the ‘ Thought ’ (i.e., your existence) to be absorbed in Him by Smaran & Vision (Viewing/Veekshana). 

Meditation : Meditation means ‘ Deep Contemplation in Silence ’ resulting in Absorption in The Lord. And the state of Meditator (Seeker) is of a ‘witness’ at the beginning of the process of Meditation, which process leads you to ‘ Forgetfulness, erasing & effacing and nullification of - individual existence with the replacement of He – The Lord.

Process of Absorption : Initiation and Ignition, by utilizing the means of Smaran, Vision and Meditation. The ‘ I ’ to become ‘ He’ and that ‘Becoming’ is by that very process of Absorption – by utilizing the means of Smaran, Veekshanam (Vision /Viewing) and Meditation.

Smaran: Smaran means ‘ Sound Of Silence.’ One pointed continuous thinking – ‘ Eka Tattava Chintanam Yogam.’

Veekshanam (Viewing) : Attention of vision be affixed and riveted at the point of Lub-Dub of Heart with intensity – by holding the thought and continuing holding the thought. Thought means here, Smaran of ‘ Ram Chandra,’ ‘ Raghavendra.’ When I see Him or attempt to see Him, it is Veekshanam; when He sees me & me realizes, it is Darshanam. ‘ Peep Deep Through The Heart and get riveted at the Point Specific ’ is Veekshanam, i.e. Viewing of The Lord sitting & meditating Himself upon Himself, and get absorbed in Him.

Veekshnam / Viewing is the ‘ beginning of the end,’ which is the culmination of practice of Smaran of The Lord and The Lord in the real sense & truly ‘ Emerges.’ And that Emergence of The Lord get expressed in the human system as ‘ humility ’ and the body gets the boon of relaxation, ease and becomes natural, with slight bending & turning to ‘the heart’; and ‘the heart & the entire being’ is filled with The Divine Light. By the time The Divine Light spreads & absorbs, the ‘ I & self ’ become non-existent; and The Lord has begun the meditation - meditating Himself upon Himself and He is ‘ The Only Existence.’ And the perception of Light & Presence of The Lord is also lost to the perceiver; when the intensity is increased to such an extent and the process of ‘Absorption’ is set into motion, the perceiver got absorbed in The Lord. Now, neither there is Smaran, nor Vision, nor Meditation. That is called ‘ the Real & True Meditation.’

Veekshanam is an attempt; when it becomes continuous & when repeatedly done, it is an ‘Abhyas’. When the Abhyas becomes continuous without any break or gap, it becomes ‘Sadhana’. The one who holds on to it (Sadhana), is ‘Sadhaka’.

Darshanam : Veekshanam is an attempt, Darshanam is a Grant. When the ‘Remembrance of The Beloved’ intensifies resulting into intense ‘Restlessness’ to see Him ‘In Form’, that lays the pathway for ‘In Form’ to emerge, parallely evolving

visual capabilities of highest order of a vision medium evolving befittingly of a proper media of vision to see or view The Lord; and to view, light is the need and light is nothing but ‘The Divine Light’ & with the help of The Divine Light alone, it is possible to see The Lord; because The Divine Light emits from The Lord alone and it is His Sphere. When ‘In Form & Real’ - the emergence of The Lord takes place, then it can be named ‘ Darshanam ’ and Darshanam is The Grant. Prayer goes up, Blessings comes down.

Transformation : The ‘ In Form & Real ’ emergence of The Lord, when takes place; the being experiences instant ‘Transformation’ and this is the meaning of ‘ Maha Purusha Darshanam Kim Phalam,’ which makes the being ‘proper & befitting’ to get absorbed or to get merged in The Lord. After sufficient amount of time the Abhyasi spends in the ‘State of Absorption’ and gradually he recedes back with afresh State, again to continue his abhyas only, i.e. ‘to be one with The Ultimate’, again.

Constant Remembrance : Constant Remembrance means – ‘ the Live Link with The Divine - constantly & continuously during the wakeful state; it is continuous Meditation. Meditation at the specific hour is one time intense charging of the process of Constant Remembrance. The spirit of Constant Remembrance is deep acceptance in the depth of one’s being or taking deep impression of The Lord of His Greatness, simultaneously realizing his own finiteness, experiencing the Infiniteness, which transforms the conscience giving imperience without conscious awareness; but coming to his own experience, whenever he just gently turns to his heart; to say in one word – intense inward pulling.

By-heart the Affirmation and the Prayer with Comprehension. Begin the Meditation uttering the Affirmation once or twice with the Prayer.

Recite the Affirmation in the middle of the Meditation, if you are unable to stay steadfast of the Meditation.

This is the ‘ In Form ’ Worship of ‘ The Ultimate.’

‘ And The Ultimate In Human Form is Ram Chandra ’

AFFIRMATIONS - MEANING : PURPOSE & GOAL :

Affirmation – means Reiterating to yourself – ‘ The Eternal Truth.’

The Lord is Present :

It is like a Spark, Ignition at the place where you feel Lub-Dub of The Heart; means, you have begun your practice in the Presence of The Lord and in your heart.

By The Command of The Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj, we are all Meditating :

In His Presence & By His Command, which is an Order accepting it as such, as a sacred duty, with the Commitment, having the essentials of the Commitment like : ‘ sincerity in effort, honesty in the approach, devotion for the duty, dedication for the purpose & sacredness of the act, with the purity of mind, heart and thought in this noble deed of Meditation.

“ This Affirmation when absorbed in the system, a sort of sublimity with humility is expressed in his (seeker’s) being & in the being.”

Now by the kind Grace, Love & Will of The Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj, my Acharya Deva Mahatma, Samarth Sadguru, Paramapujya Shri Raghavendra Rao Saheb is emerged and felt; my humble salutations and prayers to Thee; benign is His presence. Befitting & Properly means the descendency of my Acharya Deva Mahatma Samartha Sadguru Paramapujya Shri Raghavendra Rao Saheb – himself sitting before The Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj; you are just a faint witness !

‘ I ’ is erased & effaced; ‘ self ’ has become ‘ Null ’; Existence become almost ‘ Void ’; ‘ Mind ’ the other phase of ‘ conscience ’ or Siamese Twins, transformed as an imperience; Receiving Reflection of The Divine Light, thereby emerging as an Entity of Existence, thence become ‘ Proper ‘; when continued to exist till the time That very Divine Light begins emerging & exhibiting itself in that Entity of Existence; when, after absorbing sufficient amount of Divine Light, which becomes ‘ Befitting ’ to emerge ‘ Conscience – Imperience of Discipleship ’ which takes the form of Discipleship; then emerges the ‘ State of Raghavendra Rao Saheb ’; when completed & matured, the Descendency of Him (Raghavendra Rao Saheb) takes place; and the Descendency occurs because The Lord (Shri Babuji Saheb) is ‘Present In Form & Real’ and He (Raghavendra Rao Saheb) Descends only to sit before Him (The Lord – Shri Babuji Saheb).

Cleansing means purification of your constitution of unwarranted things; Cleanliness is Civility; Cleanliness is next to Godliness.

Purging means removal of deeply embedded unwarranted, uncongenial & improper things;

Purification means bringing in the civility in the constitution with the proper & congenial conduct of the constitution; as well as filling the voids, deep voids, ravines & valleys emerged due to the purging, with The Divinity; thereby completing the process of Purification. While this Purification process is on in the Spirit State, an Imperience gets generated of Refinement of Energy with the aim of Transformation of the Energy; Momentum of the Energy with such a velocity sets into motion moving upwards with the Surge; sets into existence of ‘Forgetful State’ of doing & of process and of the presence, resulting into Mild Absorption – a kind of withdrawal state due to the intense inward pulling into that process of Surging resulting into losing the Mind State, Conscience and the Imperience State bringing out the State of ‘Statuesque’ with the ‘Perfect Silence & Stillness’ – may be named as Absorption with the State of Forgetfulness; when this State gets completed, brings out ‘Statuesque State’; but all the processes are in full & in motion; when this process starts receding gradually and emerging a ‘Befitting & Proper State’ to sit before Him – Presents.

Mala, Vikshepa, Aavarana :

There are three forms of energy states presented & experienced on the Pathway of Journey Towards Infinity by an Abhyasi or Sadhaka, primarily being as a human, are : Mala, Vikshepa & Aavarana, which are forms of energy, presented in uncohesive way or uncongenial way, almost obstructing the onward journey due to their conductivity & as obstructions and they themselves become obstructions in that form and existence, in reality and in relation to the realization and for thereafter journey. Mala is that form of energy of amalgamation of Panchabhootas and born out of Panchabhootas, in the form of matter of energy; and Vikshepa is the form of energy and became the source of conductivity of forms of energies in uncohesive way and unbecoming and uncongenial way of conduction, born out of Pancha Tattvas; and the Aavaranas are Unisoned Form of Energies with the principle of bonding & unison and existing that way, the energy named as Aavarana and became ‘one form’ as ‘Third Force of Form of Energy’ born out of unison of Panchabhootas & Pancha Tattvas and presented itself in a very fine form of existence as if it is lesser than veil rather transparent than the transparence, very near to the Atman or as if it is the Atman, as if there is no difference between the very Atman and of it’s existence for the ‘Insight’, leaving no distinction or difference of it’s (Aavaran’s) existence.

Mala : The word ‘Mala’ is derived from ‘Nirmala’. It presents the meaning as – ‘that is not Nirmala’. Mala is devoid of Nirmala, it is not giving any meaning of derogatoriness of it’s state when in relation to human existence. When this state of energy state due to its conductivity becoming unbecomingly in an individual or abhyasi, thereby becoming as an obstruction, produces the need for Purification by way of Cleaning, by adaptation of the method of cleaning, effecting the needed changes in the ‘Mala’ – state of energy, so as to make its conductivity, congenially producing cohesive atmosphere for an abhyasi on the path of his spiritual journey and to achieve the objective of Meditation and to be helpful to remain on the path firmly rooted, thereby increasing the faith of the Method, of the Lord and His Mission, and also it helps him to increase his self confidence and develop clarity of thoughts & actions.

Vikshepa : The next state of energy presented is Vikshepa. The word Vikshepa means Energy in action in a concealed way conducting unbecomingly to the cause producing ‘Imbalance’ in the existence and born out of imbalance, and born one is also imbalance.

Aavarana : Aavarana –the word is indicating the existence of something and that something is of some other thing, other than ‘That’ – ‘The Original’ existence and this original existence is no more ‘that original’ and with the original, there is a new form of energy permeated & pervaded with that original and also formed rings of energies from the lower state and lower form of energies and with the amalgamation of those energies got the upward surge from one lower state to higher and further higher to the point of original existence and became one with It, as if it is almost the same, gaining such an amount of transparency and oneness and became almost impossible to separate from the Original Existence; this new element, that is named as Aavarana.

Grossness : Permeation of like white cloud of Gaseous Form of Energy with utter & utmost density into the entire system, born out of essence-weightiness pounding of constitution; Result : loss of discrimination, becoming bereft of sense proportion.

Impressions : Transforming individual compound essence or substance by infusing through the utilization of mediums of impressions. Eg.: Visual, Audition, Touch & Taste, Smells, Thought, Mind; of things of becoming & unbecoming; congenial & uncongenial. Result: As directionless, pleasure seeking & pleasure mongering; converting the life as a medium of only ‘ Enjoyment,’ like using Surgeon’s Knife to cut the Vegetables or to kill, instead of keeping it in a sterile condition.

Wasteful Thoughts : Strengthening the directionlessness further, making an individual as a wayward or weather-cock - sailing to the winds; unable to fixing the Goal; going in an opposite direction to the Guidelines, i.e. : against the guideline of : ‘Fix the Goal, Rest not till the Goal is achieved’.

Complexities : Conditioned individual system & constitution, gives birth directly to the Complexities. Unreal understanding; unwarranted interpretations, adherence to uncongenialness; non-cohesiveness of purpose, aim, goal of human life; unable to become simple & plain and natural – is the Result.

Impurities : Impurities, which are devoid of purity; the purity of thought; purity of mind; the purity of heart; purity in awareness; lack of conscience in thought, action & deeds; contrary to the purity, in such thoughts-action & deeds; engaging himself, as if the conscience is not existing, produces & results into : Inhuman, Cruel & Evil acts & states as per the definitions of the Civilised World; harmful & dangerous to the Society.

Dirt & Diseases : Impurities produces ‘ Dirt’ which state is named as Uncleanliness. Uncleanliness produces perfect unhygienic atmosphere; Cleanliness is Civility, Cleanliness is next to Godliness. To remain in the Civil Society, a human has to maintain cleanliness, which is a prerequisite essential; if it is not there, he is unfit to remain in the society; because such a state produces diseases. Here the spirit became Dirty & Diseased personification, which produces Un-Godliness, converts the person as Demonic; Eg.: Dirty Thoughts, Dirty Minds, Diseased Psyche, Damned Spirits resulting into Damned Soul. By such thoughts, acts & deeds, which are against the Basic Precincts of Civil Society & Civilised World.

Darkness : The light of life is extinguished; the blood bath is the result; death is certain; gets birth by the ‘Dark Thoughts’ due to the darkness-filled mind from the dungeons of darkness or pitched-darkness filled hearts; such beings realize their sovereign-state; and they are rightful member-citizens of ‘that world’; becoming & capable of eating away the civility, sanity, humanity; threatening & shattering away the Principles with which the Universe is running; ability to absorb & extinguish the Godliness; the substance of Divinity could become a sumptuous-meal to this ‘Darkness’. No escape for the human being or the entire human race from this; no reprieve can be given except by the Kind Grace of Him.

Solidity : Without ‘ Bodha ’ – i.e. Moodha, Moorkha, Gardhabha; like an Oxen with the quality of dead-wood mind – is the state of his being. He is incapable of understanding the meaning of the words & understanding them, interpreting them; failure to evolve awareness; non-existence of conscience, forget about the imperience; no word called ‘discrimination’ – such is the state; Result is : becoming headlong, headstrong, awkward, crude & crooked, turned & twisted, bent & dent, personality – personification like a Rock. Right & Correct are the basic casualities with this personality. His living is lesser than the Vegetable-living.

This initiated process of making me & the place to exist as proper & befittingly, so as to sit before Him and to meditate is completed; the state is emerged and continued.

When this State gets completed, brings out ‘Statuesque State’; but all the processes are in full & in motion; when this process starts receding gradually and emerging a ‘Befitting & Proper State’ to sit before Him – Presents.

Now, My Acharyadeva Mahatma Samartha Sadguru Paramapujya Shri Raghavendra Rao Saheb has descended and is sitting before The Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj; you are almost ‘non-existent existence;’ with a faint perception of perceiving, paving the Pathway for The Lord to absorb the Entire State.

By that very commandment of the Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj, we are all being seated in the Ocean of His Grace & Meditating, and The Grace is flowing in the form of ‘ Silent Currents ’ through us.

Sitting in ‘the Ocean of His Grace’ with this State & due to the Silent Currents of His Grace passing through - sets into motion of Surge of Energy with high Refinement, Transforming itself as a new kind of Energy – literally happening & practically experiencing ‘ the Descendence & Emergence of The Grace ’ in the form of Vibrations from above to the down i.e. your entire self & existence. A Proper & Befitting State is emerged now for The Lord to do Meditation.

It is a total & complete ‘ null-state ’ and ‘ perfect-void.’ Thence, The Lord Emerges to fill ‘The Void’ & sit at the ‘ point specific of the heart’s lub-dub ’ and begins His Meditation, Meditating Himself Upon Himself – permeating & pervading; and continues His Meditation.

Due to The Lord having begun His Meditation & due to His Presence, The Divine Light emits from Him to show you The Path, to guide you on The Path, to infuse in you The Light which becomes The Life, thereby transforming the ‘ I ’ ‘ self ’ and ‘ your existence ’ & your ‘ Thought Form Existence ’ and also getting absorbed in Him, allowing & remaining The Lord in the State & Pose of Meditation & Meditating and He alone is Meditating.

Now neither I, nor Rao Saheb, nor Light or Smaran or Veekshanam could spell their Existence or exist; and the result is as said by Shri Babuji Saheb “ Main Insaan Hoon ” (I am Human).

The Path is towards Shri Babuji Saheb and to show you, it is Shri Babuji Saheb only; and to remind you, it emerges ‘ The Conscience ’ and to understand all these things and to Merge or Absorb in Shri Babuji Saheb.

Prayer:

Oh! Lord,

Thou Art The Only sExistence,

Thou Art The Only The, The Truth,

That Truth of That Existence

Emerge in This Self.

Prayer is to speak to God; truthfully to speak to God; a conjuncture-state between me & Him – The Lord. When this State is achieved, the State of Audibleness emerges; that falls in the Sphere of Him.

Prayer is possibility of emerging two way communication; He is ‘Turning Down’ and You are looking Up; thence Prayer goes Up; makes you turning Upwards and ‘Turning To Him’.

Prayer is a serious, sincere & honest attempts ‘to establish a link with Him’ with the submission & surrender, having love & devotion with dedication.

Prayer is making Him to feel your commitment in entirety ‘for The Cause’.

Prayer is a state of extreme helplessness, without Him; for Him; who becomes ‘the need’ for your existence. ‘Without Him’, you will not be able to exist anymore, any further; hence the Prayer.

Prayer goes Up; Blessings comes Down.

“ Attaching oneself to the Supreme Being i.e. Me is the True Worship, Oh! Arjuna ” - Said Lord Krishna to Arjuna Deva. The one who worships the Lord within the heart, is called a Yogi. The Lord resides always in the hearts of Yogis. ‘Yogi Hrudhyana Gamyam’

That ‘ I ‘ is nothing but ‘ He ‘ alone, that He is nothing but The Ultimate; The Ultimate is nothing but ‘ Ram Chandra ‘ in human form; and Ram Chandra says, He is Insaan. (MAI Insaan Hoon).

Divine Life is the product of Divinity, that too Divinity in Human Form and that Divinity is part of the Ultimate, rather the Ultimate makes the Divinity to emerge.

That Ultimate was made to conduct by the Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj.

Brahman, the Ultimate – conductions & functions of which are within the Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj. Hence He is The Lord.

The human nobility, ettiquecy, decency and dignity upheld by The Lord is that man should ‘ get absorbed only in The Lord ‘; The Lord who was presented in the heart; not to talk about worship, mergency, etc.,…etc.,

By His sweet Will & Choice, Shri Babuji Maharaj can prepare a sincere aspirant, who be presented - as a seeker with the ‘Form of Anguish’- before The Lord with a deep yearning to be one with The Ultimate can be transformed as proper & befitting entity, making that individual entity as eligible to absorbed by The Brahman, The Absolute, The Ultimate by setting aside that very eligibility criteria for the receipt of ‘The Grant’ is made possible , though no way, of no chance, an individual aspirant can rise to that level by his own efforts or by any amount of blessings, by any, could make it possible; such a thing is possible to be given as a Gift by modifying That very Ultimate Ordainment and made it possible to be available. HENCE HE IS THE LORD.

MISSION OF THE METHOD:

To assist those sincere seekers on the ‘ Path of God Realisation ’ and those who aspire to become ‘ One with The Ultimate ’ – ‘ Layavastha In Brahman,’ within the short span of time & within this very life, this Method of Practice is carved out to suit the present day man and of the time.

By the Kind Grace of The Lord, if a seeker sought a grant of fulfillment of his life’s objective and after the objective is achieved & still life span continues, then, that One to live & continue to live; The Lord Shri Babuji Maharaj set this Goal to live as a ‘human’, i.e. in His words ‘ Main Insaan Hoon ’ (I am human) - expressed in the utterances of Him by my Revered Acharya Deva.

Essentials :

With the Clarity of Aim, Purpose of human birth, Fix The Goal & Be one with The Goal; Rest not till The Goal is achieved and Adjust & Accommodate the changes needed in your life accordingly. This is a continuous process.

Surrender your life for the Goal after the clear perception of the aim, with due consideration & study of purpose of human birth.

Patience & Perseverance – Core Essential.

Submission of your entire self & existence to the Method by suitably adjusting & accommodating changes in your life which should be congenial in realizing The Goal, Aim Purpose.

To awaken the Imperience & Establish the Live Link of The Divine.

Due consideration to the ‘ Do’s & Don’ts ’ of the civilized world be given and followed while living.

Adhere strictly, rigidly & rivetedly to the practice chosen by you for your own emancipation.

GUIDELINES :

I. ‘ The Layavastha In Brahman ’ – ‘ To Be One With The Ultimate ’ – the Method of Ram Chandra comprises of, broadly :

1. Meditation with Affirmations

2. Cleansing & Purification of Person & Place

3. Continuing with the Prayer with motto of evolving

4. Proper & Befitting State, with the aids of

5. Smaranam (Remembrance) & Veekshanam (Viewing) of the Lord

6. Darshanam – With the emergence of ‘ The Prayer State ’ leading to ‘ The Presence Of The Lord ’; with the birth of the supplicant mood that evolves the ‘ Sublime State ’ transforming the existence with the humility in a humble form with the ‘Upward Surge of entire Energy’ towards ‘The Aim’ is called ‘Darshanam’. Darshanam is ‘The Grant’ – In Form & Real. Prayers Go Up; Blessings Descend.

7. Absorption – To Be One with The Ultimate

8. Transformation - ‘Darshanam’ – the ‘ In Form & Real ’ emergence of The Lord, when takes place; the being experiences instant ‘Transformation’, which makes the being ‘proper & befitting’ to get absorbed or to get merged in The Lord.

9. The Constant Remembrance (Nirantara Smarana) : The good effects & results of the Meditation which is ‘ a specified & limited time to be with The Lord,’ can be retained & continued only with the Constant Remembrance (Nirantara Smarana) - ‘ the Live-Link with the Divine,’ during the wakeful state, constantly and continuously.

10. Bed Time Prayer – to assist & support the ‘sleep-state’ & ‘siesta-time’ by connecting with the Divine – The Lord; thereby utilizing about 6 to 8 hours of sleep-time for the practice.

II. To begin the Practice of Meditation, the process is as follows :

1. Be at ease, be comfortable, be natural; and close your eyes; sit in an easy posture in an airy place with proper light; then, just turn to the ‘Heart’ gently; the heart means where you feel lub-dub.

2. Meditation : Begin your Meditation with heartfelt love and devotion - with the Prayer & Affirmations. Acquire, feel & experience the ‘State of Prayer’ and each & every Affirmation. Continue the Meditation.

3. Before every individual Meditation Session of yours, please read The Guidelines, Affirmations, The Prayer and The Comprehension, without fail. Though memorized & by-hearted, still read it carefully, understand diligently & thereafter adopt & practice. For the detailed meanings & comprehension, please refer to the explanations.

4. Further, under the method of practice, the Meditation comprises of : Affirmations; in-built Cleansing, Prayer, Smaranam (Remembrance), Veekshanam (Viewing), Darshanam, Comprehension and Absorption and Transformation (To be one with The Ultimate).

III. Practice of the Method :

1. Begin & do your Meditation – before Sun Rise for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

2. After Sun Set, when you have some leisure, spare about 45 minutes to 1 Hour for doing Evening Meditation.

3. Bed Time Prayer : To sit for Bed Time Prayer before going to Bed (Sleep), spare 15 minutes to (1/2 ) half an hour for Prayer and get linked up to The Divine in a Prayerful State, thereby acquire the Sleep State, while gently turning to your heart, where you feel lub-dub, feeling & experiencing The Lord.

A ‘ Submission ’ of a day through events with the Prayer at Bed Time

(Sleep Time) - to seek Pardon, to strengthen the resolve.

Thy Sacred Treatise to understand in right spirit correctly as rendered & explained in the Method, about the Method of Practice, which is to be apt & proper of discerning the essence of meaning & understanding, which could evolve right interpretation sowing the seed of conviction in the depths of the being, thereby prompting me to adopt the practice as you thought fit & proper is possible only by your everlasting helping hand & guidance with your Love, not otherwise realized by me.

Behold, O Lord !, O Lord ! make me – the body, the mind, the intellect, the heart & the soul – as you deemed fit, proper & befitting to your cause.

Be there be refinement; let there be Transformation of Spirit too.

Let the living be for Thee and remain & continue of Thee & Thou be the Navigator of the sail in the Ocean of Life. Let that sail be of ‘ the Spiritual Practice.’

Of a day passed while living as a day of thoughts, acts & deeds of wrongs & rights; good & bad, may be worst; with the shortcomings with short sightedness resulting into unbecoming & & improper to the basic tenets of human living; of civility of Civilisation; knowingly or unknowing, lived and led the life up to the night.

With the resolve of honesty, with the sincere heart of repentance, I submit before Thee – The Lord, O God, for pardon & to strengthen my resolve not to do & commit the same thing; having indulged, please pardon me.

Guidelines : Reiterate the memorized or by hearted Affirmations in the meditative mood in sitting posture; identify the lub dub, locate the centre of the heart, middle of the heart where you feel lub dub; experiencing the Presence of The Lord amidst the Divine Light, sitting & meditating Himself upon Himself. Spend some time in that State, feel & acquire ‘ His Meditation Posture,’ then present your ‘ submission ’

With the ‘ Prayerful State,’ acquire the ‘ Sleep State ’ with gentle heart, simple mind, of rememberance of The Lord; with faint awareness of Lord; take rest in ‘ the Womb of Mother Sleep.’

While preparing & getting ready in that Restful State in the Womb of Mother Sleep, to begin your morning meditation in the morning. Let the morning meditation be done as ‘ One Time Charge ’ for the Wakeful State of the day to have remembrance – ‘Live Link’ leading in to the evening meditation and to end the day with the ‘ submission of the day through events with the Prayer.’ 

‘Live Link’ with The Divine results in remembrance of The Divine; when becomes continuous & constant, that becomes meditation in continuation & that continuous meditation is to get soaked in The Divine & to evolve ‘ The State of Mergence In The Lord.’ Hence the Remembrance , Meditation & Mergency is – for The Lord. When the State emerged after the Mergency, becomes living; The Lord Alone is Living. That ‘Living’ is ‘Life Divine’. When that ‘Life Divine’ transforms that very life, then that becomes ‘Divine Life’; that continuous & constant efforts & attempts – named as Constant Remembrance.

4. Please note that every Meditation Session is an Independent Meditation session. The practitioner should adhere in letter & spirit to the method of practice rigidly, for every Meditation Session, as if it is an afresh Meditation & first time Meditation.

IV. For House wife : It is essential & advisable for her to do the Meditation whenever it is convenient, at her leisure, but not necessarily before Sun Rise & after Sun Set; and it is essential for her to attend to all household chores including attending children & elders – in constant remembrance of The Divine and as a Trustee. The cooking & serving should be done in constant remembrance and also reciting The Prayer. Due care to be taken for the cleanliness & hygiene while cooking, serving and preserving the food etc.

For Children : Teach the child, the Prayer and make the child to recite The Prayer, when it wakes up and before going to bed (sleep), once or twice.

Basic Precincts & Premise :

The brief about the need of Aim, Goal, Purpose, Precincts & Premise

The Individual Seeker presented in this world today, as the result of “Conditioning.” The individual form is the Oceans of Turbulence & Turmoil, visible conditioning is with the Spirit. The Spirit is conditioned by the definitions, standardizations, systematizations and summed up & sized.

To begin with, the Spirit of God; the Spirit of Existence of God; the spirit of human; the spirit of faith in human & faith in the Existence of God etc,.

This state, this conditioned state shaped & made; preparing & training accordingly, to the Emotive state.

In the Training, the Mind pass through of shaping the spirit, psyche; resulting into shaping its own state; again a ‘ conditioned mind’.

Brain dependent body, mind dependent functions. Brain is the seat of mind; heart is the seat of Atman. Hence, the body, the mind, the psyche, the spirit had become ‘conditioned’. These conditioning takes place through the learning, training with medium of languages; and the language is formed with basis of alphabets, words, grammar, linguistics, innumerable streams of knowledge & languages, which become the basis for the words and meaning of the words. Words have number of meanings and meanings produces understanding; understandings paves way for interpretations, angles & outlooks, thereby, generates the awareness; that awareness generated becomes part of the being. In the course of time that continuous awareness becomes nature & character of him and his condition expresses the same. When that becomes very deep and gets assimilated in him, it becomes his conscience.

So, it became a necessity now to define & evolve Precincts & Premise to spell out a limit & extent due to having – Aim, Goal, Purpose for the method & human life.

Where does God Lives ? GOD Lives in Humble Heart & Simple Mind.

A request to the sincere aspirant who had the said Goal i.e. ‘ To Be One With The Ultimate ’ is to spare his valuable time to read & study the Treatise; thereafter give a honest trial of sincere practice ( as per the practice laid down in this Treatise ) for about six months to evaluate the efficaciousness of the Method in assisting him to reach the desired Goal and after that said period of trial, if he wishes to continue, it is up to him. Inhibition-free should be his approach.

The individual human when aspires for the Highest i.e. ‘To Be One With The Ultimate’; that deep aspiration absorbs him completely; that absorption gives birth to ‘seeking heart’; when the seeking intensively produces ‘yearning’; and when ‘the yearning with restlessness’ permeates in entirety of his being & engulfs him; pangs of isolation & separation for That Objective takes birth., and continue to transform the entire being towards the ‘One-pointedness’; when this State gets matured to such an extent; in that matured state, the being starts living without any awareness of all these things; now can be said- the birth of ‘Anguish’ taken place and the journey of Anguish is to be ‘To Be One With The Ultimate’; - The Brahman, The Absolute – is certain to have ‘The Laya’ with ‘The Brahman’.

Humble Heart means a proper & befitting place for The Lord to do His Meditation. Simple Mind means which can Accept ‘That’ and Perceive ‘That.’

The heart means where you feel the lub-dub; therein The Lord is Sitting & Meditating Himself Upon Himself, amidst The Divine Light.

{ A request to the sincere aspirant, who had the said goal – ‘to be one with The Ultimate’ ,is to spare his valuable time to read and study this sacred treatise and there after give a honest trial of practice (practicing as laid down in the Path) for about six months to evaluate the benefits of practice and thereafter , if he wishes to continue, it is upto him.}

His Permeation & pervading of ‘you’ – nay Himself alone is Meditating.

By just turning to Him gently, engaging the mind with the Smaran and viewing Him with the help of The Divine Light; which begins with the perception and the perception communicates to you with the Vibrations & Momentum of Energy Upward. ‘Peep Through Deep’ at the ‘point specific’, ‘Dive Deep in the point specific’; ‘Dive Deep In Him at the point specific of heart’; heart means lub-dub and you Get Absorbed In Him. This is ‘The Layavastha In Brahman’ – ‘ To Be One With The Ultimate.’

An individual seeker (human) aspires (seeks) – ‘ To be one with The Ultimate – Brahman, The Absolute’.

The individual aspirant ‘s acceptance to adopt this method after careful study & the sincere aspirant – by accepting “ Ram Chandra “ as The Ultimate, Brahman, The Absolute – ‘In human form’.

The Brahman, The Absolute, The Ultimate is - Anirvachaneeya, Anubhava Asadhya, Avyakta, Avalokana Asadhya, Ananya, Above & Beyond, Limitless, Infinite, etc.

Thou Art The Only Existence; Thou Art The Only The, The Truth;

It is not possible, directly to establish a Link with ‘ The Brahman ’ – The Absolute, by any Practice or by any amount of Practice.

“ Rahooganai Tat Tapasa Na Yaati

Na Vidyaya Nirvasanga Grihadva

Na Chandasa Naiva Jaladi Sooryaihi

Vina Mahatpaada Rajobhishekam ”

The need felt here of a Mahatma, Samartha Sadguru, who has established himself in the State of ‘Layavastha In Brahman’, and who can teach, train, shape & form the seeker (abhyasi), when sought from Him His Services, He can do so by making them Proper & Befitting & present the seeker to The Brahman – The Absolute, to bestow ‘The Layavastha In Brahman’ in him, which remains as of His Sweet Will & Choice; hence It is a Grant, because He is Sarvatantra Swatantra, Ghatana – Aghatana Samartha.

Hence the need for the help of a Samartha Sadguru who has established himself in ‘The State of Layavastha In Brahman’ by traversing the entire journey and who can teach, train and is able to make his disciples/followers to reach The State- The Brahman, The Absolute, The Ultimate.

The Ultimate is nothing but ‘ Ram Chandra ’ (Shri Babuji Maharaj) In Human Form and who could define The Ultimate – The Brahman – The Absolute by classifying & demarcating ‘Region-wise’. i.e. The Heart Region, The Mind Region and The Central Region having ‘ The Centre ’ in his Sacred Treatises.

“There are five (5) Circles of Energy in The Heart Region, known as Stages of Maya;”

“There are eleven (11) Circles of Energy in The Mind Region, known as Stages of Egoism (Ahankara);”

“There are seven (7) Circles of Energy in The Central Region, known as Seven Rings of Splendour (Jyotirmaya); Region of ‘Super Finest State of Super Consciousness’.”

“And ‘ The Centre.’ This is the Main Point, whether you call It God, The Absolute or anything else for expression. This point is absolutely motionless and there is no energy, no power, nor anything of the sort. The Centre only maintains Latent Motion.”

The Power Centres or Major Centres of the above named Regions are known as ‘Knots’ or ‘Granthis’ which are sixty three (63) and broadly classified as thirteen 13 Granthis/Knots; leaving aside the Final State and other innumerable small Power-Points & the Power Centres of The Spinal Column and also of Brain Centres and at the Culmination Point i.e. it is The Beginning of The Layavastha In Brahman.

As the surest means for the God Realisation, He revealed a method of Meditation & Cleaning with Bed Time Prayer and introduced a lively element as ‘ Constant Remembrance’ for the day to day practice of the seeker and His eternal support for that cause along with Transmission.

When the State of Layavastha In Brahman unveils, unfolds & unfurls, becomes all absorbing, all beginning, all ending – State. That State can be infused by His Will and sustains & continues to exist the ‘human system’; but still makes that human to remain as a human - by The Lord Ram Chandra of His Sweet Will & Choice. Hence It is ‘The Grant’ alone. Lord Ram Chandra says’ Main Insaan Hoon’ – I am Human. It means, it is possible to have ‘That State’ only when one gets the human birth, lives as human and remains as a human.

PLEASE NOTE : This is ‘Spiritual Treatise’. All the words & expressions are pertaining to the Spirit & Spirituality. All the words - meaning, understanding & interpretation; evolving that understanding to the ‘level of awareness’ & this state of awareness becomes perception, that leads to experience, as long as you are ‘ With It.’ And when this awareness deepens into the depths and of the deep layers of your existence; rather it awakens & produces Imperience; when that ‘State of Imperience’ further deeply absorbs you, ‘the State of Pragnya’ begins; when perfectly matured & fully saturated, it becomes ‘Aura’ – a faint Glow of Intensity,- emits, continuously from you.
